Greg is passionate about helping people with unresolved pain and getting them stronger. His friendly personality and professionalism makes you feel like you are in good hands. Greg's continuous study of anatomy, exercise design and muscle testing helps him identify the route cause of your pain and find exercise solutions to prevent or manage it. Greg has always loved resistance training, but had no idea how valuable it could be when teaching it to his clients. His passion for the sport of Calisthenics led him to be become UK & Ireland Calisthenics champion 2016 and Human Flag champion in 2017. Unfortunately this ended up in a shoulder and knee injury and he could no longer compete. Greg sought help from a few different physios and had treatments such as acupuncture, shockwave, sports massage and the recommended strength exercises. Greg realised quite quickly that it was the resistance training that had the best result. This then led him down an ongoing education path of anatomy learning and studying Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) principles to help you get stronger and feel better.
