2. PERSONALISED NUTRITION REPORT

Based on the insights gained during your consultation, you will receive a detailed nutrition report. This report will provide clear, actionable guidance on how to adjust your diet in a way that supports your goals.

3. ONE MONTH SUPPORT

We understand that implementing new dietary habits can be challenging. That’s why we offer a month of direct support via Telegram, allowing you to reach out with questions, seek clarification, and receive ongoing accountability and encouragement from your nutritionist.

4. NUTRITION VIDEO CALL CHECK-IN

At the end of your package we’ll book in a video call check-in to review your progress, make necessary adjustments to your plan, ensure you’re on the right track toward achieving your health goals, and discuss next steps.
