Our team has chalked up more than 15 years combined experience training the city’s clients. We’ve graduated with qualifications in providing the most effective evidence based techniques and nutrition - we passionately believe the journey of education should be on going. And there’s even a handful of championship trophies to our names.

I’ve trained with Greg consistently for more than three years, and it has been a transformative personal experience. Tara is a unique personal trainer. She is dedicated to each client’s well-being and personal growth. Every session is curated to achieve her client’s goals, even when that client is a middle-aged, creaky beginner like me! Her new bespoke gym space is sophisticated and serene, the equipment hand-picked to provide Tara with the tools to maximise the benefit of each session. What sets truly Tara apart, however, is her humility and grace. Unlike so many trainers, she focuses her undivided attention on the client and ensures that the client never feels intimidated, insecure or unsuccessful. She has empowered me to become stronger and to live a healthier lifestyle. I am so grateful.
I signed up to do the Gobi March a year and half ago. It was my dream to run this gruelling 250k marathon across the Gobi desert. 1 year before the race this dream was shattered due to the many injuries that I received from a bike accident. I was totally devastated and thought my dream was over. My luck changed when my physiotherapist kindly recommended Paul to me, promising me that this man was full of magic and would nurse me back to health. And he did. His approach to exercise is both inspiring and academic. His positive attitude and excellent understanding of human anatomy meant that I was able to run my dream marathon. I have worked with a handful of injury rehab specialists but I can quite honestly say that none of them are a patch on Paul.
